This Restricted Sales Policy explains how destination-based and channel-based restrictions apply to certain products sold by Qingdao Maiju Enterprise Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and, where applicable, our International Trade Terms (B2B).
We sell products in accordance with applicable brand requirements, channel requirements, operational controls, and internal compliance standards. As a result, certain products may not be available for sale, shipment, resale, or distribution into specific regions or through specific sales channels.

- any sales route that would cause the product to enter a restricted region or prohibited market.
Channel restrictions may vary depending on the product, destination, order type, and business arrangement.
Retail customers may only purchase products that are eligible for delivery to the destination entered at checkout.
Customers must not use alternative routing methods to obtain products in restricted regions. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of destination restrictions or compliance review, we may cancel the order before shipment and issue a refund where appropriate, subject to any non-refundable charges permitted by law.
Approved wholesale customers, distributors, and dropship partners must comply with all destination and channel restrictions applicable to the products they purchase from us.
Wholesale and business customers must not:
- resell or redirect restricted products into restricted regions;
- make restricted products available through prohibited channels;
- transfer products to unapproved stores, platforms, or business entities;
- use misleading destination information or customer information; or
- engage in any activity that circumvents this policy or any written compliance requirement.
Where reasonably necessary for compliance review, forecasting, or audit purposes, we may request supporting information from wholesale or business customers, including but not limited to:
- destination information;
- store identifiers or store links;
- resale channel information;
- inventory records;
- sales records; and/or
- other documents reasonably relevant to compliance verification.
We reserve the right to review any order, account, or transaction for compliance purposes.
This may include:
- destination screening;
- payment review;
- account verification;
- product eligibility checks;
- sales channel review; and
- requests for additional information.
Orders may be delayed, placed on hold, modified, or cancelled if compliance concerns arise.
If we determine, in our sole but reasonable discretion, that a customer or partner has breached this policy or attempted to circumvent any applicable restriction, we may take one or more of the following actions, subject to applicable law and any signed agreement:
- cancel pending orders;
- refuse shipment;
- suspend or terminate account access;
- suspend or terminate wholesale cooperation;
- restrict future purchases;
- withhold partner benefits or commercial support; and/or
- pursue claims for losses or damages resulting from the breach.
