Shipping & Returns

This page explains how we process, ship, deliver, return, and refund retail orders placed through our website, including shipping timelines, duties and taxes, return eligibility, and local return point arrangements where available.

1 Return and Refund – Product Issues

If the product you received does not match the one you ordered, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after the shipping date and provide the following pictures:

  • Size labels on the left and right shoes

  • Size label on the shoe box

  • Shipping carton (showing the side with the waybill number)

Once our team verifies the issue, we will generate a return order for you. The buyer must return the item within 7 days of receipt, using the return tracking number provided by us. The item must remain in the same condition as when it was shipped.

If your claim is deemed unreasonable but you insist on returning the item, you must arrange the return shipping yourself. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

After receiving your package, our verification team will inspect the product and packaging. If the item is not in its original condition, a full refund may not be issued.

2 Return and Refund – Other Issues

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for other reasons, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 days after the shipping date.

  • Our team will review your request and coordinate internally to calculate the refund amount. We will then share this amount with you for confirmation.

  • Once you agree to the terms, we will provide the return address.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please contact our customer service before making any return. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether a return is accepted.

Once the return is approved and the return address is provided via email, the buyer must ship the item within 7 days using the provided tracking number.

Please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product, packaging box, or shipping materials are damaged or altered.

  • Promotional items, discounted items, items from promotional campaigns, or items marked as defective are not eligible for return.

3 Size or Product Exchange

If the product is unused and the packaging remains in its original condition, an exchange may be arranged under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days after the shipping date and are subject to inventory availability.

  • If the desired item is in stock, we will guide you through the next steps, including any additional payment required.

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the re-shipping of the new item.

  • Returned items must be received by us within 7 days of the return arrangement.

  • After confirming the returned item is in its original condition, we will process the exchange.

Please contact our customer service before initiating any exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior contact will not be accepted.

We reserve the final decision on whether an exchange is allowed.
